C11 Phosphor Bronze TIG Welding Wire
Phosphor-Bronze CuSn-C filler metal is used quite extensively for surfacing applications.
The higher tin (Sn) content (7.0) gives excellent weld deposits, greater hardness and higher tensile/yield strength.
It is commonly used for base metals of similar composition, for joining brass alloys and for joining cast iron to carbon steel.
Also for welding of phosphor bronze, tin bronze, cast iron, gunmetal, repairing of cast copper alloys and for building up worn bearing surfaces.
Also ideal for TIG brazing and welding dissimilar joints.
